Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before submitting your application to the Tree Removal Growth Engine program operated by NETMAFIA.
By submitting your application, booking a discovery call, or participating in the program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Program Overview
Program Name: Tree Removal Growth Engine
Program Description: The Tree Removal Growth Engine is a 30-day free trial program offered by NETMAFIA to a limited number of tree removal businesses in the United States. The program includes Google Ads campaign management, landing page creation, call tracking setup, and Google Business Profile optimisation services provided at no cost to the participant for the duration of the trial period. By submitting an application, booking a discovery call, or confirming participation, you consent to receive SMS and email communications from NETMAFIA related to your application and participation in this program.
2. SMS Communications
Program Name: Tree Removal Growth Engine
Program Description: SMS messages are sent by [Your Agency Name] to confirm your application, schedule and remind you of discovery and onboarding calls, follow up on incomplete applications, and communicate information relevant to your participation in the 30-day free trial program.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your stage in the application and onboarding process. You may receive up to 5 SMS messages per application cycle.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. [Your Agency Name] does not charge any fee for SMS communications sent as part of this program.
Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After sending STOP you will receive one final confirmation message confirming your opt-out and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number.

3. No Cost for Services
NETMAFIA provides all campaign management, landing page development, call tracking setup, and optimisation services at absolutely no cost during the 30-day trial period. There are no setup fees, hidden fees, or management fees of any kind charged to the participant during the trial.
4. Advertising Spend
Participants acknowledge and agree that advertising spend paid directly to Google is separate from and not included in the free trial. All advertising spend is paid directly by the participant to Google through their own Google Ads billing account. NETMAFIA does not handle, process, or earn any commission from participant advertising spend at any time.
The minimum recommended advertising spend for the trial period is $1,500 USD. NETMAFIA is not responsible for campaign performance if the participant chooses to invest below the recommended minimum spend.
5. No Obligation to Continue
Participation in the 30-day free trial does not create any obligation for the participant to continue with paid services after the trial period concludes. There are no contracts, minimum commitments, or cancellation fees associated with the trial.
6. Testimonial Agreement
By participating in the trial, participants agree to provide honest written or video feedback at the conclusion of the 30-day period. If the program delivers results the participant is satisfied with, the participant agrees to provide a short video testimonial that NETMAFIA may use for marketing and promotional purposes. The participant retains the right to review and approve any testimonial before it is published.
7. Account Access
Participants agree to grant NETMAFIA manager-level access to their Google Ads account and Google Business Profile for the duration of the trial. NETMAFIA agrees to use this access exclusively for the purposes of delivering the trial program and will not make changes beyond the agreed scope of work without participant approval.
8. Results Disclaimer
NETMAFIA makes no guarantee of specific results including but not limited to a specific number of leads, calls, booked jobs, or revenue generated during the trial period. Campaign performance depends on factors including but not limited to geographic market competition, advertising spend, participant responsiveness, lead follow-up speed, and seasonal demand fluctuations. Past performance in other industries or markets does not guarantee equivalent results.
9. Participant Responsibilities
Participants agree to:
- Complete the onboarding form within 3 business days of confirming participation
- Provide all requested assets including photos, credentials, and business information in a timely manner
- Answer inbound calls and respond to leads promptly during the trial period
- Maintain active Google Ads billing throughout the trial period
- Communicate openly with NETMAFIA regarding lead quality and campaign feedback
NETMAFIA reserves the right to pause or discontinue the trial if the participant is unresponsive or fails to fulfil these responsibilities.
10. Intellectual Property
All campaign assets created by NETMAFIA during the trial including landing pages, ad copy, and creative materials remain the intellectual property of NETMAFIA unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon conclusion of a paid engagement, ownership of assets may be transferred to the client at the discretion of NETMAFIA.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NETMAFIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the trial program or use of any campaign assets created during the trial period.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.
13. Changes to These Terms
NETMAFIA reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued participation in the program following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
